Sessions are 55mins and cost $205. With a referral from your GP, a Medicare rebate of $145.25 applies. This means a gap fee of approximately $60 per session. Medicare provides this subsidy for up to 10 sessions in a year (Jan – Dec). When further sessions are required, private health funds can be used to claim a rebate.
Specific fee structures for short sessions, tele-health, or group sessions can be found here (link to fee schedule).
Fees are paid at the end of your session through EFTPOS. Rebates can be applied automatically or you may be provided with a receipt to claim your rebate from MyGov.
